Our family accommodation in Cairns is located in the heart of the CBD, providing you a superb central location that’s surrounded in lots to do and great places to eat. Explore the famous Cairns Esplanade within walking distance, see what’s on at the nearby Cairns Dinner Theatre, relax at the Cairns Botanic Gardens, and enjoy great places to shop nearby such as Cairns Central and The Pier. Popular Cairns beaches such as Palm Cove, Trinity Beach, and Yorkeys Knob can be reached within a short drive. On top of that, the Great Barrier Reef is just off the coast and ready for you to explore as you please.

Koala Court Holiday Apartments offers the perfect Cairns accommodation for all, whether you’re looking for a relaxing couples’ break or an exciting family getaway. Couples have a choice of studio and one bedroom apartments here at Koala Court, both offering an open-plan living and dining area, kitchen with laundry facilities, air-conditioning, and an inviting Queen-sized bed. Our one bedroom apartments offer an added private patio or balcony and a separated bedroom. Families (up to 4 guests) can be accommodated in our two bedroom apartments, offering an open-plan living and dining area, kitchen and laundry facilities, air-conditioning, patio or balcony, and a bed arrangement of one Queen-sized bed and two single beds. Our three bedrooms are our largest apartment and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Onsite facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, spa, undercover barbecue area, and gym access.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time at Koala Court Holiday Apartments is from 2pm and check-out time is before 10am. Late check-ins can be arranged by contacting the office at least 24 hours before arrival.
Reception Hours
Our reception hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 12:30pm on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
Car Parking
Free secure parking is available onsite for guests in our undercover car park. There is no need to pre-book however there is only 1 parking space per apartment booked.

You can book visits to local attractions and tours with the help of our friendly reception staff. For those that book 2 or more tours we can offer a convenient discount! We can also help with travel and directions – just ask!
